What PeakS is

PeakS is a business app for furniture showrooms, upholstery workshops and furniture sales teams. Photograph a sofa, armchair or bed base, choose a fabric and colour from your business catalog, and get a visualization of the finished piece in seconds — so you can show the customer before they order.

Getting an account

PeakS is a business tool and accounts require our approval. The app is free to download, but to open an active account contact us on WhatsApp or by email. We will come back to you with the details: number of users, branches, and the visualization allowance that suits your business.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't the visualization match the real fabric exactly?

Visualizations are generated using AI. They are a visual illustration, not a specification. Colours and textures will be close but not identical to physical fabric, particularly with sheen, deep texture or patterns. Always show the customer the physical swatch before they order, and explain that the visualization is an illustration.

Which photos give the best result?

• Natural or even lighting, with no harsh shadow across the piece
• The whole item inside the frame, shot straight on rather than from above
• One item per photo, with nothing blocking it
• Close enough that the furniture fills most of the frame

What happens when the visualization allowance runs out?

Each business has an allowance of visualizations per billing period. The account administrator is notified as you approach it, and when it is used up, new visualizations pause until the next period begins or additional capacity is purchased. Everything else in the app keeps working and your data stays accessible. To add capacity mid-month, contact us on WhatsApp.

Who can see the photos I upload?

Only users in your own business. Photos are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing only and are not used to train models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Full instructions, including what is deleted and what is kept, are on our Account & Data Deletion page.

I forgot my password or cannot sign in

Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with the account's email address and we will sort it out.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone and Android phones. Catalog, customer and user management is also available from the browser-based dashboard on a computer.
